Shekhar Kaushik is a Corporate HR Trainer & Psychotherapist, and had managed professional conferences cultural events, college cultural fest, orientation functions in various corporate sectors, and working as a freelancer trainer of Psychology & Behavioral Skills. He runs online courses on ShreemadBhagwadGeeta & Meditation.

         He is the Founding Director of Shresha Publications and Shresha Consultancy, where he leads initiatives in psychological consulting, corporate training, and transformational publishing. As a psychological counsellor, he has guided individuals through a wide range of emotional and behavioral challenges, helping them achieve greater clarity and personal growth.

    Shekhar Kaushik is also the author of the bestselling book New Age HOAX, which critically examines popular manifestation beliefs through the lens of psychology, philosophy, and scientific reasoning.

     He is a facilitator for corporate world with his well designed study material with practical problem solving approach towards the problems; he works with his interactive activity based workshops to connect people. He designed such excellent approach & methodology of work to resolve behavioral & attitude problems on one to one basis, as well he is a master of psychology and & had great study on Hallucination & Illusion.

          He is Post Graduate from Rajasthan University, Jaipur in Economics & Financial Management. He is passionate about trainings & personal coaching right from his teenage. He used to read some profession writers along with his core studies; he is very impressed with calm behavior of Swami Vivekanand & Life lessons of Chanakya.

          Started his professional carrier at very earlier age 19 as an anchor in different kind of events. After that served some Management & Engineering Colleges as a Motivational Speaker; and started his career as counselor & HR trainer in behavioral facts.

          In his journey Shekhar Kaushik has delivered his experience in some leading Public Sector Units (PSUs), IFFCO & ONGC. He conducted his training programs for different sector corporate units like pharmaceuticals, textile, and automobile (Maruti Suzuki). Presently he is serving as a freelancer trainer in 3 resigns & 23 Branches of the most leading educational institution The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), & The Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
